Service Overview

Horizon has a team of Medical Providers that provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management for our child and adult patients.

Telepsychiatry, using HIPAA compliant video streaming, is utilized by some Practitioners.  Horizon Practitioners also use telepsychiatry to serve pediatric patients in remote areas of the state through specialized programs.

Criteria for Admission: Horizon Behavioral Health patients receiving services such as case management, therapy or substance abuse treatment, may be referred for psychiatry services.

  2. Deliver medications directly to you at no additional cost
  3. Answer any questions during business hours or through our 24-hour customer service line
  4. Create handy daily dose packs, so you’ll know you’re taking the right medications at the right time

Full-Service Pharmacy

Located at the Horizon Wellness Center at Landover and Bedford, our on-site pharmacy is available to all Horizon clients and employees as well as the community.  Centrally located, Genoa Pharmacy also delivers prescriptions to other Horizon sites. Operating hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. 

Criteria for Admission: All clients of Horizon may enjoy the benefits of this pharmacy.  

Consumer Medication Coordinator

The purpose of an on-site Consumer Medication Coordinator is to improve the overall client experience, medication adherence, and other medication-related outcomes by integrating with Horizon's care teams. The consumer medication coordinator connects to each client and staff at the Horizon Wellness Center at Langhorne to all the pharmacy services provided by Genoa Healthcare.  

Criteria for Admission: All clients of Horizon may enjoy the benefits of this pharmacy.
