Sandy Farmer is the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer of Horizon. Farmer has served in this capacity for more than 22 years supporting high-level executives. She is a member of the National Association of Administrative Professionals and is a Credentialed Administrative Professional in Office Management. Mrs. Farmer is also a Credentialed Parliamentarian and a member of the National Association of Parliamentarians. In addition to her duties as Executive Assistant to the CEO, Farmer serves as the Parliamentarian for the Horizon Behavioral Health Board of Directors. She also has a passion for helping people who have been diagnosed with Alzheimer's. She is an advocate for the Alzheimer's Association and would visit assisted living facilities with her Certified Therapy Dog, Gracie.
